Had a good stay for 2 nights of our stay, glad I've chosen it. The staff were superbly friendly and exceptionally kind and the location was marvellous close to eateries along Laksamana Road. Apart from that, Clarehall Shopping Centre was 10 minutes' drive away.

I absolutely adored the beautiful décor of this hotel! The traditional building was lovingly renovated, and the Peranakan wall mouldings and plaster renderings were simply stunning. As a senior woman, I found the general areas of the hotel to be very accessible. The open courtyards provided ample light and ventilation, and the small wells added a nostalgic touch to the ambiance. It was lovely to stroll around the heritage houses on Heeren Street and immerse myself in Melaka's rich history.
The only improvement I would suggest is better assistance from the children working there for seniors like me. Sometimes, the staff at the front desk seemed inexperienced and needed more training.
